Minutes of CDI Board meetings

The CDI Board is committed to being as transparent as possible in their governance of the organisation. In addition to the Annual General Meetings, which all CDI members are entitled to attend, in January 2023 the Board decided to make the minutes of Board meetings available.

Naturally, this transparency needs to be balanced with confidentiality, so these minutes represent an account of the meeting that doesn't compromise commercially or personally sensitive information.
