About Me
I did my Diploma in Careers Guidance (DCG) in 1994 and completed the L2 the following year. I have been with Hertfordshire Careers Service (HCS) and then YC Hertfordshire over the last 25 years (shows my age!)
I am mainly school based and have a small NEET caseload.
In addition to this I have participated in CDI's biennual conferences.
In the last ten years, I have led the training of Careers Teachers in Tanzania with EACGPA, which is a registered charity in the UK. In the year 2020-21 we are to train Careers Teachers of over 4000 govt secondary schools.
