Progress Careers works alongside schools to provide impartial, dynamic and high-quality CEIAG solutions to their students. By working in a highly focused manner, our team of professionals deliver a targeted careers guidance service which is tailored to meet the needs of each secondary school or Multiple Academy Trust. Our professional, experienced and highly qualified Careers Advisers work with students, teachers, and employers to ensure that young people get the careers information and guidance that they need to make informed decisions about their future pathways. Our aim is to create bridges between schools, higher education, and the world of employment.
We are a Matrix accredited provider operating across England in over 100 school, and are proud that 100% of our schools were happy with our level of service at the end of the last academic year. Our comprehensive delivery model ensures that schools and academies get the highest level of CEIAG and in an incredibly cost effective way, as we provide exactly the level of provision a school wants, in a bespoke way.
All our Progress Careers Advisers are Level 6 qualified or above (or working towards this qualification), allowing them to apply their combined industry expertise and knowledge in the schools and academies we support. Through our work with our partners, we are positively helping to raise the aspirations of young people and by supporting them to understand all the pathways available to them after school.
