UK Career Development Awards 2025: Congratulations to all our winners

The 2025 Awards Ceremony took place on Tuesday 17 June at the Royal National Hotel in London, with a vibrant ‘CDI Carnival of Careers’ theme encouraging attendees to dress up and celebrate in style.

We are delighted to share the winners and shortlisted nominees for each award category. We would like to thank all those who took the time to submit a nomination and we recognise the dedication, innovation and passion that all nominees have for their work.

A heartfelt thanks to our judges, sponsors, and all attendees for making the evening such a success. It was a glamorous celebration of outstanding careers professionals and a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and build new connections.
