The CDI - the professional body for career development
The Career Development Institute (CDI) was formed in 2013 to set standards, advocate for and promote high quality career development for all. We do this through supporting nearly 5,000 members and championing the profession. We offer key career development qualifications, provide continuous professional development (CPD) and training, and host major online and face-to-face conferences and events.
We maintain the UK Register of Career Development Practitioners, offer the Careers Assured quality mark for resources and develop resources to support careers practice, research and policy-makers. We support people joining and progressing in the profession with the Careers in Careers job board, input to policy development, provide consultancy services and offer sponsorship, exhibiting and advertising opportunities to partners.
