Annual General Meeting

As part of its governance as a company and professional body, the CDI holds an Annual general meeting (AGM), usually each December. This is an opportunity for the CDI membership to hear from the CDI leadership, including the President and Directors, the Chief Executive and the Chair of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee.

As well as presenting the annual reports to members, the meeting is required in order to approve or decline decisions relating to CDI governance.
