  • who are working at level 4, training to be a Career Development Professional or newly qualified 
  • wanting to think about inclusion of disabled people in their work
  • considering ways to make reasonable adjustments to their practice

  • Making sense of our senses
  • Person-centred planning, circles of support and Advocacy 
  • Preparing to express independent views

  • Support available within education, employment and work-related learning, including funding, types of provision and services including SEND systems - Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP)/Individual Development Plan (IDP)/Coordinated Support Plan (CSP)
