UK Career Development Awards: Updates for 2025

Following a review in 2024, we have made a number of changes to the UKCDAs for 2025 and we encourage everyone considering entering to read the information on this page before entering.

Key changes include:

• Updated categories that are broader and encourage more high-quality entries
• Moving to an online entry form with built-in word limits.
• A one-step judging process to whittle entries down to a shortlist of up to three and a winner.
• More focus on the shortlisted entrants and the winner at the Awards ceremony.
