Meet your regional representatives

CDI Regional Reps are members who volunteer to lead networking and professional development activities in their local area, connecting career development professionals working in different areas of practice, hosting regular events to bring people together and acting as a feedback mechanism into the CDI on issues affecting members, whether to do with the CDI specifically or the profession more widely.

Eva Harrison

Hello I’m Eva Harrison.  I’m really honoured and excited to have been appointed as the CDI Regional Representative for the West Midlands. As an advocate for networking and sharing knowledge and skills with like-minded people having this opportunity is a real privilege.   I look forward to welcoming as many career professionals as possible in the area to the events that are arranged.

A little bit about me.  I am originally from the North East of England but have lived in the West Midlands for 24 years. I am familiar with the career landscape in this area.  My first career was in people development in a wide range of industries and on a freelance basis. I set up my own company Career Seekers Direct in 2013.  I have a team of Associate Career Coaches and together we deliver career management services to ‘all ages at all stages’ of their career journey.

Rebecca Healy

With 17 years’ experience in learning and career development-focused roles ranging from strategy, product & programme design and delivery to operations and event management, I have broad business acumen within Retail, Construction and Education. I’m proud to apply this knowledge, skill and experience to the East of England Regional Representative role.

In 2019 I studied for the MSc in Human Resource Development and Consultancy then volunteered as an Enterprise Adviser in Hertfordshire. My first appointment as a Careers Leader (Trust Head of Careers) in 2020 was for a small Multi-Academy Trust in North East London. Through my role and volunteering, I have built a network in Career Development as well as Human Resources and the People Professions sector via the CIPD and the CEC. My overall motive is to assist people in the discovery and attainment of their life and career aspirations - a champion of personal and professional development.
