During mid-life it is common to face uncertainties in work and life, and to feel personally challenged. Also, such challenges can be individual, complex and difficult to make sense of. Some are questioning ‘What do I want?’, whilst others may be asking ‘Have I done enough?’ or ‘Who am I?’ Many will be wondering how they can deal with these experiences and find a way forward. Now is a perfect time to work with our clients to help them to reinvent themselves so that they feel inspired and motivated to take forward this next career chapter.
