Bespoke Training

The CDI is the leading provider of CPD training and qualifications delivery for career development professionals.

We award the level 7/SCQF level 11 Qualification in Career Development, deliver accredited training at level 4 and level 6 and are the largest provider of the Careers & Enterprise Company funded level 6 Careers Leader training. We also design and deliver an ongoing programme of free and paid-for CPD training and events, from one-hour webinars to half-day masterclasses and conferences addressing key themes in career development.

With our in-house delivery expertise and career development knowledge, plus access to a wide range of experienced and trusted training, assessment and quality assurance associates, the CDI is perfectly positioned to support your bespoke training needs.

Courses to get your team qualified

The CDI offers a range of courses from level 4 to level 6 through our CDI Academy. Individuals can book to join one of our scheduled course starts and learn with others across the profession.

But if you have a team who need to gain their qualifications, or would prefer your team to get qualified together, we can offer bespoke delivery of CDI Academy qualifications. We can arrange times and, if face-to-face, locations to suit you to ensure your team are best able to learn together.

CPD training to maintain and extend skills

Bespoke CPD training from the CDI is the ideal way to address skills and knowledge gaps in your team. Whether it is extending their knowledge into new areas or refresher training to keep their skills and understanding up to date, the CDI can support you with tailored training.

After discussing your needs, we will work with one of our expert trainers to develop one or more sessions that meet your learning goals. We will arrange a suitable time and either online or face-to-face delivery, as you need.
