• Mental capacity
• Effective communication
• Making sense of our senses
• Person-centred planning, circles of support and Advocacy
• Preparing to express independent views
• Community Inclusion and Developing Independence
You will receive additional resources on
• Support available within education, employment and work-related learning, including funding, types of provision and services including SEND systems - Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP)/Individual Development Plan (IDP)/Coordinated Support Plan (CSP)
• Helping disabled people, and their circles of support, start planning and making choices
• Rights, Policy and Legislation
• Including Parents and Carers
