CDI website migration – Tuesday 26th November
As you know we are moving the CDI website to a new provider to resolve the ongoing issues and develop the website into a more valuable resource for you.
We can now confirm that the migration to the new agency will take place on Tuesday 26th November.
The CDI team have been working with the new agency to prepare everything for a smooth handover and we will be undertaking additional testing once the website is live. While disruption should be minimal, I would ask if you could avoid logging in on Tuesday while the migration takes place and we ensure that everything has gone smoothly.
The website will be largely the same after migration, then the agency will continue to work on fixing the key issues affecting access for some of you to the members Area. Our goal remains to resolve all these key issues before Christmas, and fixes will be released as they become available.
We will update you again once the migration is complete. If you do see anything unusual, please wait for a couple of days as we will work through any issues over the following day or two.
