Springpod case study for Career Development Framework
The CDI have published a new case study supporting the CDI’s Career Development Framework. Created by online career platform Springpod, they mapped their experiences to the CDI Framework to ensure they were underpinned by the six career development skills.
The case study, produced in partnership with Airbus outlines their virtual work experience programme and how it matches the six Framework outcomes.
