Chris Targett is an Area Manager and Careers Adviser at CXK Ltd. His regular #careersimpact stories on LinkedIn are a showcase of his creative and client-centred approach to action planning. Chris is also Chairperson of The Career Writers Association, an author (including co-authoring the recent “Career Development and Inclusive Practice: Strategies for Inclusive Practice in Career Counselling”) and a former CDI Careers Adviser of the Year.
