This session will address ageism in hiring and career development, emphasising the value of older employees' experiences and promoting age diversity in the workplace. Participants will engage in open discussions in a safe, non-formal, and non-recorded setting. Emphasis on practical takeaways and learning from each other’s experiences to combat ageism.

We are embarking on a the second season of our lunchtime chat sessions on our transformative journey towards enhancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within our community. With the CDI's EDI Strategy 2023-2026 guiding us, we have put together a series of monthly virtual sessions aimed at dissecting and addressing the multifaceted aspects of EDI.
