Whether this is staying employed in the same field, doing something totally different or moving into work for the first time? Whilst leaving them more resourceful to manage future career transitions for themselves? Then join us for this practical and interactive workshop, where we will learn how to help your clients with their career transitions. During our working life it is common to undertake numerous transitions, whether this be: between similar roles, into new areas or moving into something totally different. Such times are individual, sometimes difficult to handle and often stressful. In fact, much of our work as career practitioners involves supporting our clients through times of transitions. Whilst such career transitions are unique to each client, there are common practices, insight and experiencesthat we can draw upon to help each of our clients in their career transitions. Now is a perfect time to add to your own CPD tool kit: insights, tools and activities.
