Unifrog Courses tool and Virtual Work Experience Week

Unifrog’s Courses tool provides students with engaging taster courses of subjects and careers, produced in collaboration with universities and employers. On-demand courses are written especially for KS3–5 to challenge and help them make informed decisions about their future. Teachers can assign courses, track signups, and monitor progress. Through this tool, Unifrog’s Virtual Work Experience Week is hosted by five employers, giving students realistic experiences of harder-to-access sectors and workplace tasks to develop their key employability skills. This also provides more equitable access to work experience for disadvantaged students who have less financial and social capital to secure in-person placements.

School Branded Careers Newsletter (The Careers People)

The Careers Newsletter is a collation of information from employers and universities across the UK. It also has a weekly “job of the week”, Labour Market Information Fact, Employer Spotlight and Uni Spotlight. We have recently integrated an AI feature that turns the newsletter into a podcast, making it more accessible to auditory, SEND and EAL learners. 158 schools across the UK currently subscribe to the weekly newsletter. It saves careers professionals time and ensures students are getting regular, up to date careers opportunities that have been impartially vetted by a qualified and registered careers professional.
