Currently serving as a Careers Adviser for Southend-on-Sea City Council, I am dedicated to supporting young people through personalised career advice, working with Essex Based Secondary Schools and I actively contribute to the Southend All Age Careers Service, helping 19+ clients to build brighter futures through access to quality careers guidance.I am driven by a passion for empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve their career aspirations. I am empathetic and approachable, with a strong commitment to providing accurate, impartial, and accessible careers advice. My ability to connect with people, build trust, and create a positive rapport has been central to my success in guiding clients through their career journeys.
