Connexions Sandwell provides high quality independent and impartial Careers Information, Advice and Guidance, through a range of professional careers guidance services which includes Personal (Careers) Guidance from careers Advisers that are trained to level 6/7. We hold the Matrix Standard Award and are Affiliate members of the Career Development Institute (CDI).

 

We provide:-

 

  • Careers services to Primary and Secondary schools, FE colleges and training providers.

  • Assessment and consultancy for the Quality in Careers Standard.

  • Mentor support for Careers Leaders and professionals from a CDI trained mentor.

  • Experienced assessors of professional practice for Career Development Practitioners.

  • A Careers Guidance service for young people that are Not in Education Training or Employment (NEET, aged 16-29).

  • A free service for Sandwell young people in year 11 that meet the criteria for our Target Service.

  • Marketing services for opportunity providers. 

  • A service primarily in the Black Country (Dudley/Sandwell/Walsall/Wolverhampton), Birmingham and also across the Midlands region.
