About Me
Becci’s journey to career guidance began in the commercial recruitment sector where she learnt the reality of the employment market and the importance of finding the right fit for both the employer and the potential employee. From here, she moved into the not-for-profit sector, supporting Armed Forces leavers, veterans and their families into meaningful work and qualifying as a Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP) in 2018. This combination of theoretical learning and commercial experience has enabled Becci to develop a unique perspective on the world of work and the best way to support individuals in periods of significant change.
