About Me
I work for New Directions, the Careers Service for Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. I have worked in the careers sector since 1998.
I support young people from KS4 (Year 10/11) to 19 (or 24 with SEND). We offer impartial careers information, advice and guidance along with support with job searching - including CVs, interview skills, job applications, applications to FE etc.
I have experience of working in mainstream schools, Pupil Referral Units, SEND schools and Looked After children.
I hold a Level 6 in Careers Advice and Guidance along with a Level 4 in CEIAG, Level 4 PTLLS, Assessor qualification and L4 in Education and Training.
