About Me

Career Coach supporting graduates, early and mid-career individuals to achieve their career and professional development goals. I specifically focus on those who are seeking career change, career progression, and those transitioning as a result of a redundancy or exploring opportunities in moving from employee to entrepreneur. I support business clients in delivering outplacement programmes and currently work as an Associate Coach with HR Consultancies.

In 1:1 or small group sessions, I provide guidance on Strengths Analysis, Job Searching strategies, CV preparation, LinkedIn Review, Interview Preparation including AI interaction, Onboarding to new roles. 

My career portfolio incorporates several years experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in industry areas relating to Education, Health, Finance, Hospitality, Business Services and Welfare to Work. I have worked internationally across Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, South East Asia. I practice from a Solutions Focused approach and follow the principles of Positive Psychology. I am a certified EMCC Coach, Registered Career Professional and an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner.  

In my practice, I adhere to the CDI Code of Ethics and the EMCCs Global Code of Ethics. I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office in processing clients' data within GDPR guidelines.
