About Me

I have worked in Careers since 2005 and specialise in working with young people with additional needs and disabilities alongside mainstream students. Having designed a unique careers programme that supports neurodivergence I love seeing young people flourish and feel confident about their futures.

I also work as a consultant for national educational organisations, support schools in developing their careers programmes and write and develop my own careers resources. I am fiercely passionate about making sure no one feels like a failure. I will help anyone no matter what the topic, subject or problem, I will endeavour to find something to help. I am a strong believer in making the most out of life, taking chances and finding opportunities.

I set up Above and Beyond Careers Ltd in 2021, which is more than just your average careers service. Working with young people and adults the entire service is bespoke and can be developed to meet the needs of the client.
