About Me

Hi!  I'm Sophie, thanks for clicking on my profile.  I provide fully tailored career support to enable and empower you to take the actions needed to move forward with your career.

I have nearly 20 years' career coaching experience, working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and from all corners of the world.  I will draw from this rich experience to help you to identify and explore your ideas, whatever your circumstances, whether you are looking to get a new job, gain a promotion at work, make a significant career change, set up your own business, start your career after university, or re-enter the labour market. 

In addition, I can provide expert advice for the entire recruitment process, around how to market yourself with impact through your CV, LinkedIn profile and cover letters, how to build and utilise your network, prepare and impress in interviews, and negotiate your job offer.

Whilst I work with clients from all backgrounds, my particular specialisms are in working with:

 mid-career professionals looking to change career
 business school undergraduate, Master's and MBA students / graduates
 early career professionals
 neurodivergent individuals (with conditions such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD and dyspraxia)

I hold the Qualification in Careers Guidance and adhere to the CDI Code of Ethics, including making sure the advice I provide is both confidential and impartial.

Appointments are online over Zoom, so I can work with you wherever you are in the world.  These can also be arranged on another video software of your choice, over the phone, or potentially we may be able to meet in person (location dependent).
