This time we’ll be chatting and learning about methods of gaining feedback from our clients. Testimonials, reviews, questionnaires … do you use them and are they worth it? As well as talking about seeking feedback from our school and college-age clients, including using the Future Skills Questionnaire, we’d like to talk about how CDPs who work with adults get feedback on their work.
