Nurturing Hope in Careers
There is increasing recognition that Hope plays a central role in both therapeutic and career coaching settings. However, in the aftermath of the pandemic and amidst current economic challenges, sustaining a sense of hope may be difficult for both coaches and their clients. This CDI webinar examines how we might nurture hope in career, even during difficult times. We will examine the nature of hope and key theoretical perspectives, then identify practical ways to engender and sustain hope for both clients and career coaches.
