UK Career Development Awards from the Career Development Institute CDI recognise the best across careers advice and guidance. Following a review the awards are changing for 2025.

The Ethics and Professional Standards Committee (EPSC) is a standing committee of the CDI. It advises the Board on issues concerning professional standards, professional development and ethics. Under the CDI’s constitution, the Board must gather feedback from the EPSC regarding any proposed constitutional changes, to ensure input from an ethical and professional standards perspective from across the CDI’s constituencies. 

With the general election on 4th July 2024, the CDI have reviewed the manifestos of the main political parties to highlight their likely impact on career development - updated with Northern Ireland manifestos.
